ARE YOUR SUPPORT WORKERS VETTED AND TRAINED?

All of our employees undertake a full DBS check and Induction training prior to starting with us.​

We also provide full Inductions, ongoing training and support and offer NVQ qualifications to all our staff.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS BEFORE WE MAKE A DECISION?

Yes, we undertake a free and no obligation Care Consultation visit to your home or the home of your loved one at a time that suits you.

This is an opportunity for us to learn more about the support required and for you to ask questions about any aspect of our service.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DECIDE TO PROCEED WITH YOUR SERVICE?

Our service is responsive to your needs and we aim to start this within 24 hours of confirmation.

We begin with a detailed Care and Support Plan providing clear details about:

  • the tasks we will complete and what we will help you achieve with our support

  • the days and times you can expect our team to support you (we value continuity of care above all else)​

  • who is on your support team

  • how we will check the quality of our service

  • how you can provide feedback or ask questions
