ARE YOUR SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS VETTED AND TRAINED?
All of our Senior Support Workers have a minimum of an NVQ 2 in a Health and Social Care qualification.
Furthermore, all of our employees undertake a full DBS check and Induction training prior to starting with us.
We also provide enhanced training as part of a bespoke NVQ 4 Nurse Practitioner qualification to all of our Senior Support Workers.

Our service is responsive to your needs and we aim to start this within 24 hours of confirmation.
We begin with a detailed Care and Support Plan providing clear details about:
the tasks we will complete and what we will help you achieve with our support
the days and times you can expect our team to support you (we value continuity of care above all else)
who is on your support team
how we will check the quality of our service
how you can provide feedback or ask questions
