Support Worker Induction

Pinnacle Cares offers a full Induction to all new members of our team and the first part if this is our Office Induction. It's an online only session so you can join in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you have access to the internet.

When opening the invitiation link, either download Zoom to your device (this is required for Android and Apple phones) or click on the 'Launch Meeting' and then on the 'Join From Your Browser' option on a laptop or tablet, this will open the induction in your internet browser without any need to download the Zoom app.

You'll spend this with a member of our Leadership Team to learn about our goals as a service and to get the knowledge you need to successfully undertake the role of Support Worker at Pinnacle Cares.

Once you've attended this session, we follow up with our Online Induction and your shadowing can be booked, both of which will be discussed during the day.

The session starts promptly at 10AM on the day and, with a break of around 30 minutes for lunch, we usually end the session no later than 2PM.
